Running Analysis (90 minutes)

  • It only takes a few minutes of googling “running form” to get confused on whether to “do this” or “do that”. Or maybe you’ve searched “exercises for runners” and been hit with an endless sea of variations and approaches… The truth is everyone’s running style and athletic background are different so the strategies to improve one’s running need to be individualized. That’s where a Running Analysis comes in. This 1-on-1, 90-minute session is designed to give you the tools and knowledge to take your running to the next level.

What to bring:

  • Running shoes

  • Running attire (ideal to have snug fitting clothing)

  • Specific questions you have   

What to expect:

Runner Interview

  • Review intake form and training history

  • Discussion of goals for the session and long term performance

Evaluation

  • Footwear screen, orthopedic physical assessment, strength and dynamic movement testing

  • Warm-up followed by treadmill running for multi-view video capture

  • RunEasi data capture

Wrap Up and Instruction

  • Review of running gait, and findings from the assessment

  • Instruction of running cues and 3-4 drills/exercises targeting your needs.
