Frequently Asked Questions
+ Do you take my insurance?
I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. Instead, I keep things simple with a fee-for-service model—you pay at the time of your appointment (HSA/FSA cards, credit/debit, or check all work).
The upside? No surprise bills months later and no hidden costs. Just clear pricing and care focused on you.
+ Why are you out-of-network?
I choose to be out-of-network because it allows me to give you the highest level of care. By stepping outside of insurance restrictions, I can spend the full session 1-on-1 with you and deliver evidence-based treatment that’s tailored to your needs—not influenced by reimbursement rules.
The result is simple: more time, more attention, and better outcomes for you.
+ Do you accept HSA/FSA as payment?
Yes
+ What should I expect?
Honest, evidence-based care. No gimmicks.
Your first session is all about listening to your story and understanding your history. From there, the goal is to empower you with clear information and movement strategies that begin to move your condition in the right direction. My aim is to eventually work myself out of the equation—so you can get back to your active lifestyle with the knowledge and tools gained from our sessions.
After the initial evaluation, most runners benefit from 2–5 follow-up visits, spaced out over several weeks to a few months.
I focus on active, movement-based care. If you’re seeking passive treatments like massage, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation, that’s not part of my approach.
+ How much will my therapy cost?
A physical therapy evaluation is:
•$230 for a 45–60 minute session
•$345 for a 75–90 minute session (includes a full gait analysis)
•Follow-up sessions (45–60 minutes) are $230 each.
+ What is your approach?
In the clinic:
•Thorough evaluation of your injury or painful condition
•Active, exercise-based treatment to reduce pain and build long-term performance
•Running gait analysis using slow-motion video and cutting-edge tools
Beyond the clinic:
•Clear education so you understand your condition and take ownership of the rehab process
•Home exercise program tailored to your needs
•Gait retraining, footwear guidance, and evidence-based return-to-run progressions to keep you moving forward safely
•Long-term training strategies to help you stay healthy and resilient
The goal isn’t just to get you out of pain—it’s to give you the tools to return stronger and stay running for the long haul.
+ Can I still submit my visit as an out-of-network claim?
Yes. At your request, I’ll provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) that has all the documentation you need to submit to your insurance company. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for out-of-network services.
